Banning her sharing her worries won't make them go away. Feeding them doesn't help either. I agree with the allow a small amount of time/ distance to voice her worries and then call a halt. With a OGT and a bit of humour. She is just unloading and then will move on. She sees you as a safe and trusted place to vent. This is a good thing for your relationship. A very good thing. She just needs a bit of help to rebalance.
