My friend wants to compete a front full (on floor) this year as an Xcel Platinum. Is that a C skill? C's are unallowable for our division and we haven't been able to find where it says the value parts for skills.

No sorry. I just know it because DD competes one and someone on CB verified that it was a C.

Is it the same in JO? I just found out that some skills are rated differently in JO and in FIG.

I was using the Xcel COP, JO is usually the same, in that regard, but the tuck 1/1 MIGHT be a B in JO, I don't have access to that COP.
