I need help with casts on bars. On the low bar, I can do a kip cast to above horizontal. But on the high bar, I can only manage a tiny baby cast out of my kip. Does anyone know why this is happening and/or have any tips to fix it?
I am an xcel platinum and I currently have an elbow injury so I am unable to do tumbling where my hands go on the ground

I’m an xcel platinum looking to do a bar routine with a clear hip on high bar, because I hit my feet on the ground when I do it on the low bar. Would the following routine have a 10 start value?

-squat on
-jump to high bar
-kip
-cast
-clear hip
-flyaway
