No, not me! I always have freezing cold hands and feet. Doesn't help that my mum opens all the windows and turns the fire and heating off when its snowing outside!
I used teabags and slept with socks on my hands- a good tip is to put clingfilm over the rip before the sock so you don't rip off the new skin when you take off the socks :)
If you hold out your hands in front of you like you were holding onto the bar (knuckles pointing away from you) and turn your hands 180 degrees counter clockwise, that's an eagle grip.

I'd avoid them like the plague, they don't seem natural to me. I think they can also be quite unhealthy, my old coach was very very clear that no one in his team was to even think about taking them.
