I’m looking for ideas of exercise programs with weights! I really need to get some more upper body strength. I’m trying to get my kip and I’m going to a circus camp this summer and want to be able to make the most of it. My legs are very strong and heavy so I need to build up some arm strength so I can do things like pull ups and have better relative strength for gymnastics. If anyone has a program they use, or can link one they like I would appreciate it! I do body weight exercises and standard gymnastics conditioning all the time but I’m looking for something more. Thanks!
