okay, i only coach "lower levels", so i get kind of confused when i think about which floor skills are harder than others...if you are a high level gymnast, or were one, can you make a list for me that says which order you typically learn your floor tumbling in, and what level that skill is?
for example:
1 roundoff BHS - level 4
2 roundoff BHS back tuck - level 5
3 roundoff BHS back pike - level __
4 roundoff BHS back layout - level __
etc...
some skills i would really like for you to list (in order) are roundoff BHS:
-half, full, and double twists
-single and double arabians
-double back and front tucks, pikes, and layouts
-etc...
