I coach at a rec gym and have around 7 classes to coach a week. The one I am most concerned with is my advanced girls class. It is a 75 minute class and meet only once a week. The girls are all 4th and 5th graders. There are six girls and two coaches. Most can do roundoff back handsprings, a few are doing back tucks, a few have their side aerials, and they are all trying to get their kips.
In our gym, we always start with something cardio - either tumbling on the tumbletrak, vaulting, or doing jumps and leaps. From there, we all move our classes around the gym based pretty much on where no other class is at that time. We have 4 classes going at the same time.
My question is how to maximize the very limited amount of time I have with them.
