We don't divide evenly for states. It goes by numerical age. i.e. 8 year old, 9 year old. In some levels if there's 100 8 year olds they might do 8 and 8.5 for instance, but it's still not divided overall. In 8, it's based on regionals. 9 and 10 they just need 34 so it's numerical age.
