Is landing with the chest down or almost toughing the knees not a deduction in Mens gymnastics like it is in womens?

Thank you, I thought it probably would be a deduction. But the announcers only mention landing with the chest down during women's competitions. Also the men do it so drastically almost like its not a consideration.
 
I keep calling Jonathan cute. He's a grown man and new to commentating and he desperately wants to be on the floor but he still sounds cute. Courtney is amazing and she is learning too but she is farther removed from competing.
