I swear I saw a couple of great ideas for this in a recent thread but I can't seem to find it anymore.

Basically, I'm working on developing a new warmup and conditioning program for my preteamers (ages 5 to 9). We do lines for 5-10 minutes, then condition for aproximately 10-15. They currently train 2 hours a week, pretty good core strength overall but lack in arm strength and tightness, so that's what I'd like to focus on next.
Also perhaps "fun"ish core exercises to mix it up (I've been doing hollow holds, V-up variations and planks).

Any suggestions? I'm stalled. :)
 
Do you have any sliders in your gym?? I love using them as a side station or during a conditioning circuit... here's a ton of different things with sliders. I haven't had a chance to try them all but they look fun!
