I saw the post about watching on CCTV, and thought some of you might be interested to know that you can also watch worlds on the internet at Link Removed ...You have to register to watch, but it is free. The announcers are Bart Conner and Tasha Swikert, so all commentaries are in English on this site...

You have the option of either watching it live at the scheduled time, or you can watch it on demand if you miss the live show.

According to the website, the times are as follows:

Wednesday, Sept. 5
Women's team event: Watch on-demand

Awards ceremony: Watch on-demand

Thursday, Sept. 6
Men's team event: Watch live at 7:50 a.m. ET

Opening ceremony Watch on-demand

Friday, Sept. 7
Men's all-around Watch live at 8 a.m. ET

Women's all-around: Watch live at 12:30 p.m. ET

Opening ceremony Watch on-demand

Saturday, Sept. 8
Men's apparatus: Watch live at 8 a.m. ET

Now if someone could just tell me how to burn it to a DVD that would be great!;):)
 
It is good to register ahead of time and check that you have the feed. Also, some countries are blacked out for gymnastics through wcsn!

The commentary in English would be awesome, as it is , us Canadians are working on our Chinese on CCTV5!

It is great watching, however you have to do it. Just test it before it begins, once it starts is too late to work out the bugs.
 
We have been enjoying watching worlds on WCSN....great coverage and we get to see gymnasts from a variety of other countries that you don't see when they televise the championships. We moms of the YMCA Challenger team have been watching them at the gym while our kids work out...makes the time pass faster.
