Hello! My team is new to Xcel this year, and I have been watching youtube videos. I see Silver is supposed to have 5 'A' skills minimum on bars. My girls do a pullover, shoot thru (or cut forward), back cut, back hip circle, straddle toe on dismount. I have seen a ton of routines that are a pullover, back hip circle, straddle toe on dismount. Am I missing something, or is that only 4 skills, and should start at a 9.5 SV? Thanks!

Pullover
Cast
Back hip
Cast
Toe on dismount

The cast into the dismount counts as an element IF it reaches the angle requirement of the level, so 45 degrees for silver

Interesting! Hard to figure out a cast angle into that dismount (and I'm a former judge!). But as a back up, could do: pullover, cast, back hip, cast, cast toe on dismount?

Or you could add a glide swing before the pullover.

We did this, but then they struggle to pullover off the floor and keeping the landing/mounting mats even is a pain, so we took it out.

Thanks for the ideas!
