People in my gym do a bhs back layout two feet. It helps them stay on the beam because they dont have to worry about their split throwing them off the beam. Hope this helps:)
I just got a new series on beam....i got an aerial connected directly to another aerial. what is this worth? is there any bonus? what levels could i compete this in?i think an aerial is a d but i am not sure? thanks!!
Are you able to compete an aerial on beam in level 8? Are you allowed to compete a back tuck on beam in level 8? just curious because i dont want to lose these skills over the year:)
if i did an aerial round off series and a front layout dismount, would i fufill the requirements. or do you have to tumble backwards? i can do a bhs but i am not allowed to do it because of my back. would a back tuck fufill this requirement? Thanks:)
Just wondering if anyone else out here has the same problem as me or has some tips.

The only ones that are taught at my gym are the shootover/bail and straddle backs...other than a pac salto, what are other acceptable release moves on bars in level 9?
I was just wondering what all the requirements were for level 9 on each event and what were some examples for each skill. i was also wondering what bonus you could get on each event. i want to get a SV of 10.0 on each event.
Thanks!!
