Hey there dd is headed to Alta this summer, wondering if anyone's gymnast has gone and what to expect ?

Yep, Camp in Nova Scotia, it will nice to get off of this island for a week! It's kind of a reward for working through her anxiety this year.

It is a great club, but I know nothing about their camps.

We did their invitational in February, and the girls had a blast. So we are lucky that she associates it with a positive experience should help with any anxiety issues that might bubble up.
