Our preteam is slightly older, 5-7ish. They start working harder skills, and condition more. These girls come 3 days for 2 hours instead of 2 days for an hour or two (I can't remember but I think it's 1.5 hrs). They focus on more level 3 skills and skill acquisition, but still lots of body shaping.

I haven't really heard of the toddler class, but I'm sure some here have. These "rising star" (not every gym will call them this) are working a lot on body shapes and conditioning. I only ever see them on beam, (they are leaving when I go in) but they are working on jumps, turns, handstands...

As far as I'm aware, black is fine. I wore a black ankle brace for a few seasons and nothing has been said. Another idea is a black brace with a nude slip on (those neoprene braces that are stretchy, only a couple of bucks) top of the black brace. But black should be fine

I did a casing, and just checked my elastic - it was 3/8. I thought 1/8 seemed small haha! I zig zagged mine. I also tried elastic directly to Leo and I'm not savvy enough yet for that[emoji13] by the casing working pretty well
