    MAG Mushroom at Home?

I would recommend it for sure! My son plays around on his all the time. As long as you don't make him use it he will and it can really be beneficial! We made our own mushroom.

WAG need ideas for cutesy (ugh) floor music

I really liked a routine I saw a couple of years ago using Hey Mickey. Not sure where it came from but it really got everyones attention for sure!! I don't think its the one on floor express. This video even though you can't hear it clearly is the version I think.

WAG Suggestions for daughters floor music

My DD has used Defying Gravity from Wicked (on floor express) https://floorexpressmusic.com/full-length-demos/CD1506-Defying%20Gravity%20(Wicked)-Demo.mp3 and Imaginary from Evanescense. We have only heard Defying Gravity 1 other time and never heard Imaginary. Here is a link to the evanescene...

Parents Travel Question, coaches pls pipe in too

Absolutely let them go! I know I would have jumped at a chance to go to Europe for any amount of time! Those experiences are so important and should never be trumped by a sport! School maybe but NEVER a sport! Have a great time on your vacation. Just a little jealous over here!!!

    MAG Honey/Corn Syrup/Other

Currently I don't think any of the boys on our team use honey or karo. I have not even seen the girls use anything besides water on their grips. Am I missing something here?

Parents How to tell a coach that your level 7 gymnast daughter is switching to another gym

move on and send an email after. No sense in putting your girl through that. How unprofessional! Maybe leave sooner? Seems like an environment that is unhealthy.

    Parents Allergy medication

both my kids take Allegra (or the generic version) as well as flonase nasal allergy spray. I think the flonase works better than the pill with controlling allergy symptoms. It just became available over the counter this year.

MAG Where do you find pants for you sons

I agree that Gap Slim (+ the skinny fit ) jeans or slacks are the best fitting for my super skinny guy. They are the only ones I have found that fit both length and waist (that is with the adjustable waist)

WAG Searching level 5 bars on Youtube...

You could also look at Old Level 6 bars videos from a couple season ago since it is the same routine as the new Level 5 bar routine.

    WAG Fear or something else?

My son is also experiencing a fear of flyaways from hitting his toes. It was the one skill he picked up so quickly and was doing them so consistently until then. It totally freaked him out. His coach eventually had him go back to being spotted on timer tucks over and over. He wo do his...

Parents Good thoughts needed for CB parent

I am so glad he is doing so much better! Thanks so much Bog for keeping us up to date on his condition! I will continue to think of them in my prayers!

Parents DDs mental block Came back, but kudos to her coaches

I think writing a small thank you note will go a long way! Coaches don't usually get a lot of feedback either!

    Parents Grips

Look up Georgia Dabritz. She competes for Utah and just recieved a 10.00 on bars at a recent meet. She does not wear grips
