Yay nastia for winning, but shawn did the floor routine of her life. She deserves some credit, also they won with such un fair judging. So good job to both.
My daughter used to be a gymnast, but now she's joining cheerleading, and she uded to have her backhandspring. Now though she lost her backhand spring. She won't do it with out a coach spotting her, and there really good. Any tips on what to tell my daughter to do to get over her mental block
my routine was pretty easy. Start in between the bar and do a kip clearhip to hand, pirroute, kip, pike on. Then long hang kip, clear hip to hand, giant, giant, layout fly. It's easy and covers all requirements.
try tapping right under the lower bar. Watch your feet pass by the low bar and then tap and make sure to flick your wrists. Also, make sure you have a high cast. The higher the cast the easier the giant.
No!!! it's not to late. You still see gymnast who are in their twenty's. It's never to late if you join now you still have about eleven years, so join.
:confused:I am going to level nine and i need a tsuck. I was doind tsucks before until i dislocated my finger doing one. I haven't done one on the real vault since, which was three months ago. Now i have to start doing them again and i'm scared. I have them good on the drills, but any tips on...
it sounds like your whipping your layout. You need to work setting your layout up onto a mat. When you get good at that, try twisting on a trampoline. Then go to floor once their good and you feel ready
