Just so you know paws make your wrists really weak, so when your dd wrists stop hurting try and have her stop using them. For a while i was using paws and now i hardly ever use them.... i hope your dd wrists get better.
I am a level 8 gymnast and i still don't have a stradle press handstand from sitting on the floor. :yikes: I'm just wondering if anyone knows any drills or has any advice on how to do them, because I am having a hard time with it. (I would love to finally be able to do it). :bouncy::applause:
One time when my coach was spotting me for a handstand on bars, his hand slipped and he punched me in the face, then another time when the same coach was spotting me i accidentally punched him. lol it was soooooo funny. So for a while we had that going on because every time he would spot me...

The first day i got my first pair of grips I hated them too. Now I love them. your DD just has to get used to them, and yes there is a certain way to fold them.... i still fold mine everyday when we get off bars!!
