    We are from Canada. My daughter was 8. Aspire level. Around 22 hours a week From 9 to 10 aspire 2 around 23 to 24 hours a week. Now, she is 13 and HP and trains anywhere from 26 to … a week All year long. Christmas, summer, spring break…. Apart to a couple of weeks off total over the year...

    WAG Gymnastics Hours for Team during the school year

    Last year was m,w,f 5h30 to 8h30 Friday 5h30 to 9h00 and sunday 9h00 to 1h00 On top of that, she was out of school on tuesday from 1h30 to 5h30 (as an exception) with the oldest more advanced gymnasts. She was 7 then. She has no problem in school but was tired by friday night practice !
