Hi
My team is doing something different next season. I was invited to practice with the silver A team and the gold B team. We never did A, B, and C teams before and I wanted to know if they mean something. Thanks!
I had a similar experience. I was on pre team and moved up to bronze. i competed a meet and had a 37.35 all around. Then, my gym had an in house meet and I was moved up to silver at that meet and I scored and did good, so I competed in silver for the rest of the season
I don’t really think it matters. Choose whatever floor music you like. One of my teammates has a slow, dramatic, creepy floor music, and she scored high, and I saw the judge mouth that it was her favorite routine, so I don’t think the judges have that much of a preference

I am not scared to go backwards that much, and I know I probably won’t hit my head, but that is what I am scared of. Also, when I am going to go for my back tuck, my body forgets what to do and I don’t rotate.
I didn’t have a bad experience before, and I have done back tucks with a spot back tucks sets onto the resi, and i have done a few back tucks before, but it was a long time ago. When I do a standing tuck into the pit, I fell like I am going to hit my head, but when I do a round off back tuck, or...
Hi
I am working on my back tuck and I have a mental block. My coaches told me to do a standing tuck into the pit, and they spotted me, but I am scared to do it because I am scared I will hit my head, even though I have done a back tuck into the pit before. Any tips?
