Not yet.. The last tests were this weekend, and it will depend on the numbers tested. Kim riley (whose in charge of TOPS had surgery so someone else is filling in this summer) Hopefully cutoffs wont take long, but my gut feeling is right before or right after P&G Championships.

      Hi Gotgym-

I really appreciated your post and feel that Dunno's rant was out of line.

Your post reminded of a similar situation with my daughter..we had been at our same gym for 5 yrs and my daughter had done well..madeTOPS team, made L10 Nats X 3;achieved her Jr. Int Elite score but they could never teach her a same bar release ...and after much discussion and realizing it wasn't going to happen; I moved her to a gym where there were more girls as you say "of her caliber of gymnast" and she got the release in basically a week! I tried to make a go of it in our 1st gym but they were adamant that she didn't need the release and was "unteachable" for it.

My point in telling you all this is that I admire your professionalism in wanting the best for your gymnast and yes, you do have a right to be sad that she left. She will probably have many fond memories of her original gym but the greatest gift you gave her was knowing that this move is the right one for her and supporting her.
