Larson has already qualified for the VISA's in August. If they have already qualified they don't have to compete at Classics although some do. I loved seeing the competition, I tuned in from Ireland at 1am - it was brilliant. I really enjoyed it!

You're totally right re: publicity, never actually thought about that. I saw that Inside Gymnastics tweeted that she's in Chicago, so I guess she'll go around taking pictures in her black clothes and heels with all of the gymnasts like she normally does.

She also said that she would make a decision about 2012 at the end of 2011... and she hasn't. with that amount of travelling and appearances she does, i really don't see a comeback anymore :(

Hmm my girls weren't great last night at all. They reacted oddly to a new American coach we have, I think they didn't understand some of the terms and kept looking at me when the other Coach would correct them. I hope that's not the end of their really successful period they've been having!

lots of standing tucks on floor and the low beam. doing really great with kips on bars. For months on of my girls hasn't need able to catch the high bar, from a squat/straddle/pike on but finally did on Saturday - wuhoo!! Was doing these plyometric exercises with the girls, they loved them...
