    Thank you so much I'll show her all these! As you can imagine with kids, she's all about the skills and has less interest in conditioning, but I keep reminding her that she needs the strength. I got the air track so my kids can just all jump and bounce around all day having fun and not notice...

    My daughter is requesting help with her back handspring, this is one of her better attempts. At times she struggles with undercutting, she seems to be landing heavily on her hands but she's not sure how to fix it. Any suggestions are much appreciated.
