I'm just now seeing this thread. This is alarming to me. In a state like NC with several high level programs in certain areas, the more options the better for providing choice about training culture. I would think having several competitive programs near each other would be a benefit to families.

I understand that I may be reading way too much into this and I may be way off base, and maybe it’s because of my line of work, but my first thought when you mentioned the coffee-making and stuffed animal gifts was that this sounds like grooming behavior.

Agreed about Trinity. I suspect she will stay active at youth gymnastics trainings/camps and such. Grace also returning and her tears and teammates’ responses after she landed her bars dismount got me also.
