I can relate completely, over the past couple of yeasr my yurchenco was very inconsistent, I would do it onto a high resi in pit (stacked higher than the hard landing) but couldn't do it to hard without a coach standing there. it took a long time to get better but I just had to stop over...
I like to imagine myself in first person, I visualise every slightest movement I feel while doing the skill, as it makes me more confident, knowing exactly what to do as I can feel myself doing it. I only tend to visualise in third person if there is a specific correction I need to make, though...
my friend sprained her ankle last august, didn't stay off it, and it still isn't 100%, meaning since then she has only competed bars. I'm going to learn from her mistakes and stay off it until I feel 100% ready. My coach is being really good with it and making me stay off it instead of pushing...

In my gym we do a lot of heavy conditioning (I'd say more than most clubs) In a normal 4 hour session we do 1-2 hours of conditioning and sometimes in a 7 hour session on a Saturday the whole morning is conditioning and basics ( roughly 3 hours).
Our warm up consists of running drills and then...
Yes David was a coach at my gym a while back so my coaches are friends with him and told me that he had stopped coaching, I think that's something to do with it
