Yea, it is a big gym (200+ girls) and frankly not big enough for that many girls - 1 vault runway. As far as I can tell - it is not a safety thing as much as a time thing and having the opportunity to practice it.

You make a ton of great points here. It is sad this continues to occur. The reputation locally about WoodWard is that they basically let kids do whatever they want for the majority of the day and that there is an unusual rate of injuries per local orthopedists.

Thanks for the feedback! It is my understanding in L7 that you only need one cast to hs. I think cast above 45 gets to the 10.0 SV but maybe there is still a deduction from that SV. She definitely DOES NOT have loose form or feet apart. Her form that way has always been really solid.
