So I just found out they (i.e Region 7) are holding tight to Technical sequences requirements so my 11 year old (level 8) won't be able to go to regionals. :(

Our team has done ok, we lost 3 these were expected one was unfortunate (but not altogether not unexpected). We did gain one. So all in all we held out ok. Our coach is old though (he turns 70 this year) and I am curious how our gym is going to hold out. I always knew my sons time on this team...

Hi everyone... I remember seeing in one of Jake Dalton's You tube video that he uses a foam roller to do his post work out stretching. I am nearly certain in that video he demonstrated some of the stretches. I wanted to show it to my son but I can not find it. Anyone know which one it is? Funny...

BTW zoom is really getting old..... my son is getting frustrated with it. Its hard when you have 10 boys and coach is trying to watch to make sure they are all doing the right thing.
