    The Holiday Season

    How do you sustain through the holiday season. I lose one week @ Thanksgiving and two weeks at Christmas. Last year I lost 40% of my rec students. they just didn't come back. any advice?

    :confused: I have a 5'11 beginner gymnast (she's 10 yrs old!) that is trying to learn a front punch. The 1st two attempts have ended in her knees cracking her in the head bc she won't pull up. Now she's scared. Any advice?
