all of our optionals are 18 hours over 5 days. More does not = better. Hope you can find a good balance- Thankful

Parents Hardest Skill To Acquire
Took her over 2 years to clearhip to handstand. I kept telling her it went on vacation and it would return when it wanted to ;)- Thankful

WAG Stretching a Leo, 101
I have put pool noodles or towels in the arms. I found a small kickboard used for swimming and put it in the leo to stretch the chest- Thankful
