I know someone who is really nervous about training optional, competed 5 last season, any tips?
If anyone knows any confidence boosting books or anything like that I would love that.
I know a gymnast who is having trouble with her front aerial. She has her side aerial. It seems that she is not arching her back enough. Any tips for her, she really wants to get it.
I know going from Level 5to 7 is a jump, but how hard is it. I know someone who is thinking of moving up next season. Also what are the skill values and skills that should be in it?
Okay
Let’s get this straight
The two are both great programs
If you pick jo you can always go to excel
Though some gyms do not let you switch from excel to jo
Jo can also be harder and more time consuming
With excel you can wait till you have the skills and move at your own place.
you should...
If you have concerns you could of course switch gyms. If the owner is understanding you may talk to them. You’re child sounds like she will excel in the sport. Though if you do not think this will help her and that coach will not get her anywhere, you can move.
