    Ummmm I'm still training my tsuk on the vault and Im like always doing it by myself!! My coach stands there for the first couple ones then steps away and lets me do it myself with no spot!!! I've only landed it once...Wednesday a couple weeks ago...and I was sooooooo happy!! Everyone screamed...

    I made my tsuk!!

    Hey I finally landed my tsuk for the very first time a couple weeks ago!! I competed it on Sunday March 15, 09 and got an 8.3!!! I didn't make it then, but I got a score :vault:

    im with ya all the way. i get blisters on my wrist all the time. i twice i got blood poisening!!!!! im not trying to freak u out. id never do that to anyone. but if u get a blister and u start seeing a red line up your arm, immediately put neosporin on it with a bandade and keep it covered at...

    Hours

    i am currently a L8 and i go 17 hours a week. as a L5 i went for two 3 hour practices and one 4 hour. total of 10. L6-one 3 hour and two 4 hour. total 11. L7-one 3 hour and three four hour. total 15. L8 right now-one 2 hour, one 3 hour, and three 4 hours. total 17. the hours u go r totally fine...

    better gym practice!

    omg i just had my first good gym practice ive had in a loooooooooong time!! i was sooooo happy. i made 6 out of 10 beam routines, which it like twice as better than usual!! thanx 4 ur advice everyone! ur the best!! :beam:

    Questions about: Working at the gym, Front handspring on vault

    u need more heel drive, which means u have really push ur heels toward the other end of the vault...fast!! im second year level 8 by the way. try that and c if that helps and let me know how u do so i can know if my advice worked.

    Aerial HELP!

    pretend your arms are cut off and u dont have any so u wont be able to put your hands down. it sounds a little crazy but trust me...it works. or just go for it. youll be fine and it fun and safe. i admit...it was hard to learn but when i got it, i was soooooooooooo happy b/c i just went for it...
