Doesn't make any sense... besides levels 9 and 10 won't really change at all... and the other levels aren't actually changing - just the names of the levels are being shifted... you could call them red, blue, green for that matter... it won't matter!
We do have several tvs and video cameras set up on a delay so the gymnasts can watch it. It is great, however, the downside is that often the gymnasts are so concerened about watching it that they spend half of their training time in front of the TV instead of on the BARS!!!
I asking anyone who will give input? I would love to hear anyones perspective and different perspectives. I am not technically an owner anymore, had owned another gym in the past, but have a lot of autonomy in my position as we all do. Any input would be appreciated from anyone

I know in our gym and in Virginia Prep Op or All Stars in growing like crazy.. this year we had 40 prep opts... next year we will have over 80 with 30 of them being Advanced. It provides a great alternative for a lot of kids.
I think I know exactly what gym you are referring to as we have gotten about 8 team gymnasts from there since the season ended and this has been a large complaint of theirs. Like anything, if you have competent people running the programs, it could be successful... if not, well?
