Not sure if anybody is willing to do this but...

I would like a short and a long version of a workout that I can do at home. I have ankle weights and push up bars incase that helps.

I need some exercises that would help for better kips and press handstands. Other exercises are fine too, but I would like a few things to help what I said above.

Hi! Last summer, I wanted to get my press handstand too! But, I injured my hip and had to do PT. Crazy thing happened! When I started to do the hip exercises, i got my press handstand. I lost it though because i stopped doing them. But anyway, here's the exercises.
- Lie on back and lift up one leg at a time (a one leg- leg lift) (15-20 on each leg)
- Lie on side, propped up on arm a little bit, and cross top leg over the front of the bottom leg, then lift and lower bottom leg slowly. (your top leg should block it from going up so high - sry if this makes no sense) (15 on each leg)
- Squats (30)
repeat workout 3x
Also, some ab workouts should help, here is my go-to ab workout:
50 Russian twists (Hard count)
40 tucked V-ups
30 Sit- ups
20 Piked V-ups
10 Burpees
Hope this helps!
