Beam and floor routines are 1:30 max. Bars is not timed.

I can not find minimum times in the FIG rule books. It seems the "short exercise" deductions are only applied if the gymnast completes 6 or fewer skills.

Hahah, just funny. My question was moved to the world championship forum, it was for choreocraphing my routines[emoji854] guess it's fine in place here lol

You're Dutch right? Then you can find the routine times here:
http://www.kngu.nl/uploads/turnen_d...eglementen/NTS_2013_Reglement_Keuze_aug14.pdf

The maximum duration depends on your level on beam and floor (supplement). Bars is not timed indeed. The times for beam and floor:
 1:30 min. (90 seconden) voor supplement A t/m D
 1:20 min. (80 seconden) voor supplement E en F
 1:10 min. (70 seconden) voor supplement G en H

Nothing is said about minimum times in the document, so I don't think there are rules for that.
