Yes… my daughter modified school hours in a traditional public school for 6 years. It just depends on who is running the school and how the school board feels. Just ask… the worst thing they can do is say no.
Just depends on what you think you are worth. We don't base anything on the USAG membership... we pay for that for all of our coaches.
All of our team coaches make well over that... but our least experienced team coach has been coaching for over 5 years.
Also... what do you mean by this?
To answer your question in another way... we give annual raises to all of our coaches. We also have raises by promotion. Have you received a raise since you have been working there? Are you getting a promotion as stated by your boss?
You would have to say where you are located. In my state... minimum wage is $7.25. With that being said... our lowest pay for a high school age employee is almost double that... and that's for no experience. I would say that you should ask for a raise... however... are you in a HCOL area?
Regionals and Nationals are both a 4 judge panel… scores are typically much more stable with 4 judges.
I remember one Regionals where the vault panel was just hammering the athletes… but that’s about it… normally the 4 judges stabilizes it.
I would say the Region that was high scoring by us...
I agree with this.
If you are going up against a 39 AA kid and you are a 36 AA kid... then your 4 for 4 can still lose to the 39 going 0 for 4. Basically the 39 could fall 4 times and still be a high 36 or even a 37. Hitting 4 for 4 only matters against athletes of similar abilities.

I'm sure most clubs would just cut a meet out of their schedule... but I hear you on this point.
True... but this stabilizes with a 4 judge panel. This is why you just make the cut-off score low enough to not factor in to Nationals.
Doubt it... USAG doesn't really seem to care about the...
So make it a 35 then… either way… those scores will not be competitive at Nationals. Most of the time the scores don’t drop out of the 37’s until half way through the field at Nationals.
We have one gym that is 14,900 sq. ft. We have 24 ton on that one. We are opening a new 11,000 sq. ft. location and installing two RTU's for a total of 15 ton. The new location is a newer (well insulated) building that sits between two other units (less exterior walls).
AC for a warehouse is...
They could pretty much solve everything by sending L10’s to an additional qualifier… like Westerns. Go State… Regionals… Westerns / Easterns… Nationals. Qualify to Westerns / Easterns with a score… then Nationals by placement.
Or just take all 36+ L10’s to pre-nationals in one location by...
If our gymnasts are icing... then they will not be allowed to return to practice without a full warm up. Ice usage in the gym is fairly rare. We do have a couple of L10's that ice at home (shin splints... etc).
My oldest (I'll use current level numbering so it makes sense)...
L2 (5 years old): Low 30's
L3 1st Year (6 years old): 32's - 34's
L3 2nd Year (7 years old): 35's to one 37.0
L4 (7 years old): Only did one meet at 32.525
L5 (8 years old): Only did one meet at 33.25
L7 (8 years old): 35's...
