Xcel helped boost my daughter's confidence level. She had an ok level 3 season and then went to Bronze and became state champion. She is now training for the new level 4 and I can tell that she is more confident in her performance and more dedicated to training. I love the xcel program!

The did say something about Sever's but said she wasn't 100% sure and I had never heard of it. We are military and go to the base doctor and sometimes they aren't the best. We are about to change drs since my hubby is retiring this summer. I think I will order the Tuli's Cheetahs and do more...
My 10 year old daughter has been competing for 5 years now. She just finished her XCEL Silver season and is training for L5. In 2 years my daughter has grown 10 inches and has also gained weight (due to the growth spurt - she isn't considered "overweight" at all). She has been complaining lately...

Apparently what our coach does is do their bronze routine and then as she moves up she adjusts it for the level she will be moving to - hope that makes sense.
She has and they keep saying they will get back to her! lol I am preparing to go at 8am and if she doesnt compete til 1130 then we will just watch the other session. Orlando is only about 2 1/2 hours from me.
Yeah that schedule is there but still dont know which session DD is in. We have 10 girls in 2 Prep sessions and it doesn't clarify which is open and which is novice. The gym is Camden. If you can figure it out please let me know lol! Thanks!
This is the link for Prep...
Thanks for explaining it to me. My daughter competes next Friday for her 1st time in Xcel - so I will let yall know how she does! Thanks again! (Sorry to seem like a problem...just need clarification)
That's what I thought. So the best way to ask her coach about this is.....? lol - I don't want to offend her, but I don't want my daughter to get deductions either. This coach usually knows what she is doing...that's why I am confused. She had several of her girls win at regionals (region 8)...
