stack mats at both sides of the beam soo that they reach the top of it and then do it and when you feel comfortable remove one of the mats until eventually you are left with no mats :D
i think the olympian all purpose will be the one for you as it has not got the straps across the foot and also its more padded on the heel than the other one:)

right when i do gymnastics and other sports my knee starts hurting then after a while i start getting a sharp pain just under my kneecap causing me to collapse please help?

Hey i was just wondering if you had any simple gymnastic routines that i could show my sister as she as shown an intrest in the sport and asked me if i could teach her i would be really happy if you could please.
right im doing movement evening (its a gymnastics/dance thing) at school in 2 weeks
i have the skills and music i need for my routine i just need transitions from skill to skill
anybody know any transitions i could have in my routine??
