Thanks guys, but it’s really the private groups that brings me here. even when most of the others I knew moved to Facebook groups I preferred the small group, privacy of the private groups on here, and the ability to actual forge friendships.
but I’ve not been visiting very often lately as those...
Oh that is very sad. I have built up many great relationships through the private groups. I'm very sad you have made this decision.
Whilst I still try to contribute to the general forums with an upper level gymnast and not being from the USA I don't have that much to say. Without the private...
The Russian rhythmic team have gone into lockdown in training.
LOL so guess they will be even further ahead of the rest of the world after this.
Irina believes her girls are safer with her training. :)
I've just come on and read a few threads and it seems lots of gyms aren't providing online training.
It's pretty easy to get a group together and arrange a zoom meeting. I gather most gyms have at least provided a conditioning sheet? The kids could then come up with other fun things they want...
My dd is level 9 but I'm pretty sure they are offering online classes from Rec up. My middle dd coaches WAG and her club are doing online classes from rec up as well.

Whilst not as complicated as the UK system (could anything be that complicated!) the Australian system does have streams. At the present time for WAG they are levels 1-9 (but with a definite in age component) then into future international, junior, senior international. there is crossover from...

So any good gymnast should be pushed forward faster and faster and faster so they never score a 38? It's no good for a child to have a really successful season? It's a race to get...
There are literally thousands of courses out there, and depending on requirements and availability where you are then a lot of them can count towards your degree when you do go.
Don't waste the free college tuition opportunity if it is available later. Coach, travel, do some courses and find your passion. Life is here for a very long time. Don't waste opportunities because someone says to do them at a certain age.
My experience of university was those that had taken a...
