    I would suggest still going to practice... if you are cramping, in my experience, exercise is both the most important thing to do--and the hardest thing to do. haha when you get into the gym, your focus gets shifted to gymnastics, and your problems will be solved. ;) just a suggestion

    strengths

    im really good at power in everything. bars is good too cuz bent legs are always my worst enemy... i hate the way they look so i try to keep as tight as possible and that always helps everything else. I love bars and tumbling :-)
