When my daughter first started gymnastics, the warmup leo was on the expense sheet. But at her level it was not required. After that year, I have never seen it listed again.
Woo hoo! We have success! We went to Dillard's and asked the saleslady for Chantelle sports bras. No luck there, but she recommended Natori Yogi. My daughter tried it on and instantly declared it the most comfortable bra she ever put on! Turns out she's now a D cup. Anyway, she gave it the...
Ginnasta USA sells these little tabs that can be used to make the holes smaller. I guess they'd work for men's grips also. You can certainly inquire about it.

The last time I was in France I found a Triumph Triaction wireless sports bra and took the chance it would work for her. It fits, but she doesn't like the "pointy " shape. That one'll go up on eBay lol!
I found that Chantelle bras are available at a local retailer. I have not heard of them...
Hi I do adult gymnastics Thursday evenings on SC. We have a great time and are at all different levels and ages. I am the oldest at 53 and the youngest are in college.
We do all 4 women's events and sometimes rings and p-bars, too.
I have been going for 9 years now. It has improved my...
I am searching for a non-racerback sports bra that provides support for my DD during competition.
The neutral colored ones from GK or Ozone or any of the leo brands are the bandeau style that just don't work for her anymore. I can see in her photos that the "girls" are tumbling on their own...
We ordered from Ozone. Works with leos that are cut low in the back. Unfortunately for us, my DD is so well endowed now that the bandeau style doesn't provide enough support anymore, so I'm on the hunt again...
Update: DD had her first L8 meet this weekend. She competed all her skills! She is so proud of herself! She did tsuk tuck vault, half turn on bars, bhs bhs on beam, fhs front lay front tuck on floor.
She was excited to get back into the gym today to clean it all up for the next meet!
Thank you, everyone for your words of encouragement. Your input made me confident that this was the right move. DD has no regrets, and neither do I. She is so much happier and we are all excited about the upcoming season.
Thanks again!
Well, we made the switch. In her trial session, she flipped tsuks into the pit, got spotted on her pirouette and more. First official practice she did giants on the bar set (she would never do that at the other gym bc she said the bars move so much. She'd only do giants on the unevens in...
To be clear, we love our coach. Some of the issue is that DD refuses to flip off the vault with no block pit. For the last 2 years, she does a half on or ROBHS onto the table and will only go as far as landing on her back on the mats. We asked about the possibility of practicing with her coach...
The original plan was to do a FHS vault and take the 9.0 start value to score out of level 8 at the first meet and then go to 9 with a fhs tuck vault. Her fhs vault is very strong so the fhs tuck should be easy and fastest to learn. Then she could work Yurchenko. She has most of what she...
Thanks everyone, we will check out a few other gyms. There are a couple not too far away. One I'm particularly interested in is 45 min away. My DD has her heart set on one almost 2 hours away, but my husband and I both work full time, so that one is unlikely.
