    L3- 9 L4- 9 L5- 12 L6,7,8,9,10- 16 We only have a very small level 6-10 team(5) so we have smaller hours reflecting as we have tried more hours but find ourselfs running out of stuff to do

    We did ballet type things in our warm up using the "ballet bar" (gate) which our coach researched and found what would be beneficial

    I have been now doing the Victoria secret abs video on blogilates which is 15 min and then I do flippinams workout twice with 20 instead of 10'for each all this together with no breaks really does kill the abs
