I lovee summer training! partly because sometimes we have nights that we fool around the gym, after conditioning, and the stress level is down cause we dont have competitions,
i am doing 9-12 hours a week
And yupp lovee going away to camp!
I am not a very high level (7) so i neever miss school for practice although i have been dismissed about an hour early once or twice because of a meet on a friday afternoon.
I spent 2 years level four, 2 level 5, and so far one on prep-op intermediate. Nobody has changed levels for next season though, so it could be 2 years or i could go advance, but my average is 2:D
At my gym, at the begining of summer/end of competition season, all the class kids that the HC/owner thinks focus well and have the motivation are tested to see what their skills are. Then she will move them from say a 1 hour class to a 2 hour, or hot/big shots ( our preteams ).Or you can call...

i'm a little confused :boggled: about the code of points. i was thinking of getting a copy, and i had asked if it would be a good idea. But somebody said that the code of points, doesn't have prep-op like regulations + that kinda stuff...:no::worried:

okay so, I was hoping to work giants later in the summer. I was wondering what are some drills are that i could do at home? i don't have a cast handstand yet either, so some drills for that would be great too! thanks ahead of time!
Soffes are just a type of shorts that you can find anywhere, sports stores, target, kohls. they are shorts that don't hug your thighs when your work out and stuff.
Okay so, now that my seasons over, i am working harder skills for higher levels. [ hoping to go perp-op advanced] And i know that the NEW code of points book is coming out later this summer. I was wondering if it would be a good idea to buy it for myself, even though my gym is getting a copy...

you mean like if you get hurt? and the doctors are like oh well t's because she wasn't trained well enough, or oh well her trainers didn't strengthen her ankles enough. ughh thats true i totally forgot about them!
