I have recently just gotten my cast handstand but every time i come down from it, I'm all archy and I usually peel off into the pit. Are there any tips or drills or advice for coming down in the correct position?

i have done something similar. i had been doing flyaways for a year and then i messed up a couple time and hit my toes on the bar cause i pulled and didnt push. ive tried doing them but its really hard cause of the mental block. you honestly just have to do it and have a coach there to tell...
i dont know any recipes but when im in that situation i usually take like a pen cap and scratch it off. i know its probably bad for your nails but i works. or you could put clear nail polish on and then wipe it off immediately. if that doesnt work then you kinda have to go get the plish remover.
ive got one for legs...they are called 24's and they are very good for leg condtioning...all you do is 4 sets of 24. each set is a different kind of thing: squats, lunges in place, jumpin lunges in place, and then jumping squats...i made my mom do them one time and she could walk...but...
i have the reisport velcro ones...they are good until the velcro wears out...i almost kinda wish i did the buckles instead...but overall i like reisport
I really like Dominique Moceanu's beam mount at the 1996 Olympics. Its just so different! My favorite skill would have to be a double back or pike and i like when Shawn Johnson does it.
