It looks about right. Whatever website you ordered off of should have a sizing chart. You also need some wristbands if you don't have any.

I don't know of any. We have at least 14, but team only uses the four best high beams, and 5 low beams.

I'm 17 and only at level 7. I could go on to college in 2018 like I would normally do... Or I could do a gap year and try to be a level 10 before college, which is extremely unlikely. It would mean that I would have to compete both level 8 and 9 next year, and I'm barely ready to compete 7 now...

Not really. There is a huge gap between the highest Xcel skill level (Diamond) and Elite. Xcel Diamond skills are only equivalent to JO level 6 or 7, and you need skills equivalent to above JO level 10. You could do Xcel through Diamond, though, and then go into JO through level 10.
