    WAG Beam Choerography

    My daughter has been asked to come up with her beam routine (the coach did discuss this with me, she feels as my daughter is now a senior, this will with good/innovative choreo to watch, a lot of the top level routines just seen to be 1 skill into another with maybe an arm wave or two. TIA

    Parents Ankle Sprain

    My daughter sprained her ankle a few weeks and is about to start training on it a bit more (She has been in the gym conditioning, flexibility etc). I was wondering what supports if any you would recommend while it fully heals.
