    thanks for the advice, I'm going to take my recovery slow and proper, so I only have to do it once, hopefully. It doesn't look good at the moment and so I won't push for anything but I may have the opportunity to compete only on bars, for the experience.

    WAG Are Warm-Up Leos a Thing?

    in the UK we still have warm up leotards for bigger meets/competitions, and warm up all pieces before marching on. However most competitions, at least smaller and lower level ones won't have an all-round warm up beforehand and therefore don't require a warm up leotard.

    Yes David was a coach at my gym a while back so my coaches are friends with him and told me that he had stopped coaching, I think that's something to do with it
