    Hello! I am getting a massage after practice on Thursday, and I have a 6.5 hour practice on Friday... is it safe to attend this practice after getting a massage? Or would I be too loose to do bars, vault, etc. Effectively?

    Well, you need a flyaway for level 5, and you have to score out of level 5 before level 6, so I'm assuming that you would be stuck in 4 or xcel either way.

    The meet is awesome! When you stick a dismount, get a high score, show artistry, etc., the gymnast gets "twister bucks" that you are allowed to use at the gymnast mall at the end of awards :) Tim Rand is my favorite meet! And same as LGnyc. We hung out at the pool and hotel.

    Wow! That's really weird. The child medium fits me fine, it was just really long. But I feel like if I buy child small, they might be too tight. Or if I buy adult xs, it might be too loose.

    I still think anything that you would compose as the floor music would be better than the music we have now.

    I know that! I HATE the compulsory music, but I just want to know if it is allowed, because I am curious! I would like to see someone more daring than me use the compulsory music in optionals, just once, to see how the judges, gymnasts and coaches from other teams, and parents would react.

    Yeah, it's just because I'm curious. I would NEVER want the compulsory music again! But, it would be cool to see ONE girl (NOT every child at the meet!) compete a routine with compulsory music, but with harder skills and better choreography.
