Parents Switching from USAIGC to NGA

Hi! I find this so interesting because downstate doesn't have any NGA stuff going on as far as I know. What made your gym make the switch? Do you know?

Parents Gymnastics is a funny sport...State meet report

Ah man! What an ordeal! It is a crazy sport. Never know what you will get. It is nice that even though it wasn't her best day that she got some recognition. Most of all, I bet she was proud of herself for just sticking in there. Well done.

We are in NYC and haven’t been told a thing. We usually attend at least some of the Long Island meets.

    WAG Does anyone do USAIGC?

Hi, Hope all are well. My daughter just switched from USAG to USAIGC. Was wondering if anyone can tell me how many hours a week Silvers practice at their gym, how many girls on team and how many coaches. Thanks@

Controversial view on gymnastics in a pandemic

Here so far only options are part time in school or full time online. Not enough room to social distance in the BiG Apple.

Does anyone know of new outbreaks at gyms?

I agree. I was just asking where because the gym square footage varies so much when you get into urban areas. We are in NYC where the gyms tend to be much smaller and so it is harder to accommodate larger groups. Also, rent tends to astronomical so gyms have a harder time running with few kids.

Does anyone know of new outbreaks at gyms?

The US is no where near being in that position. We need to continue to take care or the virus will just continue to take over.

Does anyone know of new outbreaks at gyms?

That’s terrible. Sorry to hear. Where are you located? We are bound to have more kids than 50 once the summer gets rolling.

Agreed. It is good that we have this community to keep each other posted.

I totally understand. Do what you think is best for you and your family.

Does anyone know of new outbreaks at gyms?

Yes, thank you. Those are our old coaches and we think those are great. My DD did those for a while. I was looking for something live and/or more gymnastics skills oriented.
