I’ve just noticed on social media accounts that a few gymnasts from the may 2022 compulsory 2 have mentioned that they have qualified for the 2023 British Championships. So the qualifiying criteria must have been recently announced. Can any clarify what the qualifying criteria is ?
I’m not certain for sure that Compulsory One has been permanently scrapped. I recently logged into British Gymnasts online Academy recently to view the Women’s Artistic Gymnastics Resources and noticed that Compulsory One content and videos are available.
I must have missed reading that bit in the technical update, gymnasts must have passed the relevant compulsory in order to compete at voluntaries. Does the pass mark for range and conditioning now apply across all compulsory grades and is all the new changes taking place this year ?
Been a while since I’ve posted here, and a lot has changed due to Covid. Was reading the BG technical update and it now mentioned that from 2023 gymnasts will have to pass compulsory 4 before they can progress to compulsory 3. I heard also heard gym talk that the compulsory routines have...

Hi
I'm assuming ( according to the 2020 Womens Artistic National Competition Handbook ) the following is the latest pass mark's for Compulsory grades.
Compulsory 5 = 55
Compulsory 4 = 52
Compulsory 3 = 52
Compulsory 2 = 55
Compulsory 1 = 57
Can someone please confirm if this is correct.

She is now training for compulsory 3 and travels to gym straight from school and trains 23 hours per week. Most...

From my limited understanding on judging, the E Panel judge the Execution score. All Gymnast start with an E score of 10, so a perfect...
