    We have had a lot of our gymnast move on to Diving and Allstar cheerleading and do quite well! When I stopped doing gymnastics I wished I had a diving facility close. I ended up having to settle for Swimming. Lol

    We use an iPad to record. You can use an HDMI cable to source it to the TV and a Delay Video App like BaM for video Replay.

    I’m In Texas. Women’s compulsory levels 1-5. We use the small, medium and large gym categories at all our USAG meets. So just may be dependent on the state, since this is just how our meets run with TX USAG.

    IMO the most common issue with bent legs is that the gymnast will use their knees to pull their legs over instead their hips. They must hold the tight arch and pull to the handstand using their hips and core then snap down in a hollow shape.
